At LECDC, our mission is to advance equity and empowerment across generations by equipping youth and seniors—especially those who are economically marginalized and people of color—with the tools, training, and technology to thrive in a rapidly changing world. We provide culturally responsive mentorship, educational pathways, workforce readiness, and digital literacy programs that foster resilience, purpose, and community transformation
